CIMB Classic Bids Farewell
After nine years of world-class golf, the PGA TOUR’s CIMB Classic bids farewell. CMIB released a statement to this effect stating that the relevant parties have been in talks since the end of the 2018 edition and have decided to evolve their partnership. In what manner and shape the evolvement will take, is yet unknown.

We have decided to bid farewell to the CIMB Classic after nine years of world-class golf. We have been in talks with the PGA TOUR after the 2018 CIMB Classic, and together we have decided to evolve the partnership between our organisations into something different. We would like to thank all parties for their tremendous support of this event in the last decade.
