Fourteen Golf Champions Club Day 2018

The participants of the Fourteen Champions Club Golf Day

Transview Golf Sdn Bhd, an exclusive distributor of Fourteen Golf in this part of the region for more than a decade, has taken the brand to great heights especially in Malaysia with the ever-growing number of Fourteen iron set owners. Recently, the brand hosted the Fourteen Champions Club Golf Day at the Kelab Golf Negara Subang (KGNS) on May 2, 2018.

The Fourteen Champions Club, a brainchild of Transview Golf, was incepted back in 2016 to create a following for the Fourteen Golf brand in Malaysia. The club was also formed as an avenue to gather Fourteen Golf supporters through brand activities and garner feedback to further strengthen the brand loyalty. All golfers had to do was to own a set of Fourteen Golf Irons to qualify themselves as members of the Fourteen Champions Club and with a small annual fee of RM200, members are entitled to enjoy one (1) free participation to any of Fourteen Golf’s events within the year and as well receive a set of goodie bag.

Director of Transview Golf – Mr. Frankie Choo shared, ”We’ve never expected to receive such a good response, especially after we created this Fourteen Champions Club. We saw how Fourteen Champions Club members grew from 40 members in the first year to now over 200 members to date. For this Fourteen Champions Club Golf Day where members were required to play using their Fourteen Iron set, we initially only allocated for 60 members, but eventually had to increase to 84 slots and yet still having to turn down many members, giving priority to members who have yet to participate in our Golf Day before.”

The Fourteen Champions Club members had a great day on the golf course battling for the fantastic prizes that had been lined up.

Danny Kam Chee Kong emerged the A Medal champion.

In the A Medal category, Danny Kam Chee Kong (8) clinched the champion title with a nett score 69 for the day. In 2ndplace with a nett score of 70 winning on count back over Albert Wong Chee Shyong (9) was S. Sasikumar (6). The 4thplacing went to Alan Chong (3) with a nett score of 73 winning on count back over Raymond Yoong (10) and Lio Chee Hong (10) who were both tied at 5thplacing.

Fourteen Champions Club members indeed had an unforgettable evening with a sumptuous Japanese buffet, great prizes as well as a special offering of Fourteen Golf Iron set for members who wished to upgrade their sets.

Mr. Frankie Choo added at the end of the evening, “ We are definitely overwhelmed by the support of the members and we will definitely look into creating more events due to the ever-growing request of our active members. A Fourteen Golf Challenge has already been set towards the year-end, but looking at the response and request this time, we may look into having another Fourteen Champions Club Golf Day before the big year-end event, hence we hope our members be on the lookout for latest news and offerings from Fourteen.”
